* In rare cases, these circumstances may lead to last-minute rescheduling of your appointment.
~Advance Scheduling:
* To minimize the risk of disruptions due to unforeseen events, we recommend scheduling your
cleanings in advance, especially if you have a specific event or deadline.
~No Liability for Emergency Rescheduling:
* We are not responsible for any negative consequences that may result from an emergency
reschedule due to the cleaner's inability to work.
~Please note: While we strive to provide reliable and consistent cleaning services, unforeseen
circumstances can occasionally arise. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility in such situations

°Lockout Policy°
If we arrive at your confirmed appointment and are unable to gain access to your home or office,
we will allow a 30-minute window for you to resolve any entry issues.
If we cannot contact you and/or gain access to your home/office within that 30-minute window, a
$50.00 fee will be added to your next invoice. This fee will apply even if the appointment is
rescheduled due to the lockout.
*Please ensure that someone is available to grant us access to your home or office at the
scheduled appointment time to avoid this fee.

°Commercial Cleaning°
~After-Hours Cleaning:
* All commercial cleaning services will be performed after business hours to minimize disruption
to your operations.
~Access:
* Please ensure that our cleaning technicians have a way to gain access to your business
premises. Refer to our lockout policy for more information.
~Additional Considerations:
* When scheduling commercial cleaning services, please provide specific instructions regarding
areas that need extra attention or any sensitive areas that require special handling.

°Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning°
~Clear Property for Efficient Cleaning:
* To ensure efficient and timely completion of our move-in/move-out cleaning services, we
require that the property be completely empty of clutter, personal items, boxes, furniture, pets,
and other obstacles.
* We must also be the last service provider to have access to the property. Before and after
photos will be provided.
~Benefits of a Clear Property:
* A clear property allows our cleaning teams to work more efficiently, which can save you
money.
~Essential Utilities:
* Please ensure that electricity and water are turned on upon our arrival.
~Failure to Comply:
* If our team arrives and finds the property not cleared as specified, a $50.00 fee will be
applied, and the cleaning service will need to be rescheduled for a time when the property is
empty.

~Pet Services
We offer pet services at no additional cost.
~These services include:
* Letting your pet out into a secured area and back in at the completion of service.
* Picking up toys, cleaning food or water bowls.
~Please note: We recommend discussing your pet's specific needs and any concerns you may have with you're cleaning technician prior to the service.

°Pricing Policy°
~Estimated Quote:
* Before your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an estimated quote for the cleaning
service.
~Price Adjustment:
* If the condition of your home or office is significantly different on the morning of your
appointment compared to the information provided for the quote, we may need to adjust the
price before the cleaning begins.
~Please note: We will do our best to provide an accurate estimate based on the information you
provide. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could impact the final price.

°Price Increase Policy°
~Market-Based Adjustments:
* To maintain the sustainability of our business, Sisterhood may occasionally adjust pricing to
reflect current market conditions.
~Advance Notice:
* If a price increase is necessary, we will provide you with at least 14 days' notice before your
next scheduled appointment.
~Minimizing Price Changes:
* We strive to keep price increases to a minimum and will only implement them when absolutely necessary

°Payment Policy°
~Payment Due Before Cleaning:
* All payments are due the morning of the appointment.
* To ensure funds are available, invoices must be paid in full before the cleaning begins.

Cancellation Due to Non-Payment:

present during the appointment, you please give our cleaning professional space to complete
their tasks.

* Allowing your cleaner to work independently fosters a focused environment, leading to a more
thorough and efficient cleaning service.
~Addressing Concerns:
* We understand you may have questions or requests. Please address any concerns you may
have at the end of the appointment. Your cleaning technician will be happy to discuss them with
you.be mindful requests that are not included on our check list are subject to an additional
charge to ensure an accuracy of quote.
~Benefits of Client Respect:
* By respecting your cleaner's space, you not only contribute to a more efficient cleaning but
also allow them to provide the best possible service for your home.
~Please note:
* Any areas or appliances (stoves, microwaves, TVs) that are in use during the appointment will
be left until the end of the service.
* If these areas or appliances are still occupied at the end of the appointment, they will not be
cleaned during that visit.
Recommendation:
* We strongly encourage you to schedule appointments during times when your home or office is vacant to ensure that all areas can be cleaned thoroughly

°Right to Refuse Service°

* If, for any reason, our employees do not feel comfortable or safe continuing an appointment,
we reserve the right to terminate the service at any time.

* If your home is occupied during a cleaning appointment, minor children cannot be left
unsupervised under any circumstances.

* In the event that a child is left unsupervised during an appointment, we reserve the right to
terminate the service without a refund. This decision is made to ensure the safety and
well-being of the child.

* Homes that allow indoor smoking will incur an increased rate due to the additional time and
effort required to effectively clean the home and equipment.
~Failure to Disclose:
* If a client fails to disclose that their home is a smoking environment, they will be subject to a
fee equal to the difference in the actual rate and the quoted rate.
~Honesty for Accurate Pricing:
* While we do not prohibit indoor smoking, we ask for honesty from our clients to ensure that
we can provide an accurate pricing estimate and deliver a cleaning service that meets our high standards

°Hazardous Materials Policy°
~Liability Disclaimer:
* For safety and liability reasons, we are unable to clean any hazardous materials. This
includes, but is not limited to:
* Any type or amount of mold
* Blood
* Bodily fluids
* Pet waste
~Specialized Services Required:
* If your home or office contains any hazardous materials, you will need to contact a specialized
cleaning company that is equipped to handle such substances.
~Safety and Well-being:
* Our priority is the safety and well-being of our cleaning technicians. We cannot put them at
risk by handling hazardous materials.
~Please understand that this policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our cleaning staff.

°Services Not Offered°
~Pest Control and Removal:
* Sisterhood Cleaning Company LLC does not provide any form of pest control or removal
services. ~This includes trapping, disposing of, or otherwise dealing with insects, mice, and
spiders.
~Other Services Not Offered:
* Exterior windows
* Unfinished attics/basements
* Cleaning of garages
* Carpet cleaning
* Electric screen cleaning
* Exterior trash can cleaning
* Trash removal
* Exterior house/porch cleaning
Please note that these services are outside the scope of our offerings. If you require any of
these services, we can provide recommendations for other businesses that specialize in these areas.

°Supply Policy°
~Sisterhood Provides Supplies:
* To maintain consistent cleaning quality and results, Sisterhood provides all necessary
cleaning supplies for your home.
~Use of Homeowner's Supplies:
* While we generally use our own supplies, we can honor requests to use your preferred
products. However, please note that this will not affect the price of the quote and may not
guarantee the same level of cleaning results.
~Consistency and Quality:
* Our cleaning technicians are trained to use specific products and techniques that ensure
optimal cleaning performance. Using different supplies may potentially impact the quality of the cleaning.

°Cleaning Height Limits°
~Step Ladder Accessibility:
* Our cleaning services are limited to areas that can be reached from a standard step ladder.
* Any areas that require a more specialized ladder or equipment are not included in our
standard cleaning services.
~Consideration for Your Needs:
* Please keep this height limitation in mind when determining if our services are suitable for
your home or office. If you have specific cleaning needs that involve areas beyond our reach,
we may be able to provide additional services or recommendations.

°Photography Policy°
~Before and After Photos:
* Photos will be taken of your home or office both before and after the cleaning service.
~Privacy Protection:
* Your privacy is our top priority. No personal photos or addresses will be displayed in any
photos used for advertising purposes.
~Image Usage:
* Photos may be used on the Sisterhood Cleaning Company LLC website and/or social media
sites for advertising purposes only.
~Anonymity:
* We will not identify clients by name or any other personal information. Your privacy will be fully
protected.
